Good morning and Happy New Year to you all! Welcome back to all my lovely regular readers. A big hello and huge congratulations to you if you are newly-engaged and are beginning your search for ideas and inspiration! You’ve come at a very exciting time…
I hope you’ve all enjoyed a wonderful festive season, relaxing with family & friends, and eating and drinking yourself silly over Christmas, and then partying in the New Year, champagne in hand? I had a wonderful break, seeing family and taking a well earned break. You may have noticed that things have been a little quiet around here over the past couple of weeks, but that’s because I’ve been busy working away ready to reveal something very special to you for 2012!
Today is launch day, and I am excited to finally reveal b.loved to you all! Take a look around, there are so many lovely new things to see.
what is b.loved all about?
Over the past year I’ve learnt a lot, made some mistakes, and above all listened to your feedback. I’ll be keeping all the things that make the blog great, and adding some new ideas to make it even better! b.loved is the ‘grown up’ version of Bijoux Bride.
The focus of b.loved is to inspire you to create your own wedding, showcasing creative ideas, stylish real weddings and the very best wedding suppliers. It is all about the details, but whilst I am obsessed with personal and unique touches I also believe that it’s important to remember that at the heart of every wedding is love. Whilst b.loved isn’t going to be about small and intimate weddings, there is no denying the focus will still very much be on intimate moments and love. Of course, I am still a sucker for small wedding, so there will still be many featured here!

In 2011 I was fortunate to collaborate with some very talented wedding professionals and style a number of inspiration shoots, and offer advice and inspiration to some of my lovely readers on their wedding day plans. So, today I am very excited to also be launching b.loved wedding styling, creating bespoke weddings for stylish brides and offering creative consultancy and styling advice for wedding professionals. Designed for every stage of your wedding planning journey, b.loved offers a fully personalised service whether you are looking for advice and inspiration, need help and ideas for styling your wedding, or an on the day venue stylist to bring together your vision. The gorgeously pretty new branding, is designed by the very talented Fanni at Fubumedia. The confetti represents everything I love about b.loved, clean and modern with a generous dash of pretty!
To help you find your way around more easily, posts have been divided into even more categories, with love shoots now divided into real weddings, love shoots and styled shoots so you can find what you are looking for more quickly. Sunday Sweetness also has it’s own category, where every Sunday you will find my five top weddings of the week from my favourite wedding blogs.
The search function has also been updated, so if you’re looking for something specific you can find it straight away!
There are new icons and ways to follow b.loved too, via facebook, twitter, pinterest and stumbleupon or you can subscribe to the RSS feed to make sure you stay up to date with every post. Of course, I’m always around for a chat, so you can email me too. At the end of every post, you’ll find it even easier to share your favourite inspiration, real weddings and suppliers via facebook, and you can also tweet, pin and stumble directly from each post.
b.loved also has a new twitter name and facebook page, and has an updated RSS feed, click the icons below to make sure you are following the correct one!

To celebrate the launch of b.loved, I have collaborated with some very lovely wedding professionals to bring you a MEGA giveaway! All will be revealed this afternoon, so don’t forget to check back a little later on to find out how you could win!
I’d also like to thank my wonderful & exceptionally patient husband, who helped with the redesign, put up with my nagging and made sure we had a super-duper new blog to launch today. He’s also offered to help any of my lovely wedding friends out, so if you have any blogging issues just email him!
